My husband and I went to look at getting a new bed. We hand out 7 month old son with us who was supposed to be napping. John was quick to give us the run down! He told us all about the different options. We had just slept on a mattress we didn’t know much about but liked it. When we described it to John he was able to help us figure out what mattress it was. He had us test out several different mattresses to make sure we loved the one we picked out. Even after the baby was getting restless he powered through for us! We have since received the bed and LOVE it! John knows what he’s talking about! Thank you!

This is our second mattress purchase from John @the Union Gap store. The first was for my son who decided he was to old for a twin bed. It was his first big purchase. John was patient with with him and very informative. Months later I decided that my husband and I needed a new mattress. Once again John was awesome. I went in with out my husband and John printed out quotes for the mattresses I liked. When I returned with my husband John went over everything again with him. He kept us updated on the status of our mattress and when a problem with the manufacturer arrived, he called us to let us know and how he was going to make it right for us. He is an great asset. Our bed was delivered a week ago and the drivers were also good with the installation and showed us how to work out adjustable base. Thank you Mattress Depot for having a wonderful team of associates.
