We had an excellent experience with Vincent. We wanted a new cal king mattress and Vincent was very patient with us as we tried different ones until we found one we liked. We actually forgot to mention the “cal” part when we ordered the mattress so we got the wrong size, but Vincent was very quick to remedy the situation for us with no fuss! Delivery of the new mattress as well as removal of our old mattress and box spring was a breeze!
